Tour Overview
The Kailash Manasarovar Yatra is one of the world’s most revered spiritual journeys, attracting pilgrims from across Asia and beyond. Located in the remote Tibetan Plateau, sacred Mount Kailash (6,638 m) is worshipped by Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and followers of the ancient Bon tradition. For Hindus, Mount Kailash is believed to be the eternal abode of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, while Buddhists regard it as the dwelling place of Demchok (Chakrasamvara).
The helicopter-assisted route offers a more comfortable alternative to traditional overland journeys while still allowing pilgrims to experience the complete spiritual significance of Kailash and Manasarovar. By reducing travel time through Nepal’s remote Humla region, participants conserve energy for the most important part of the pilgrimage: the sacred Kailash Kora.
Beyond its religious importance, the journey also provides access to extraordinary Himalayan scenery, remote cultures, ancient monasteries, and the vast landscapes of western Tibet.
